The Box Office opens every night* at 8:00pm with the attraction opening at dusk. Fridays and Saturdays the Box Office closes at 11:30pm, and Sundays the Box Office closes at 10:00pm. Any customers in the Box Office line by the closing line, will be admitted entry to the attraction that evening.

It varies depending on the night you attend. Typically the closer to Halloween, the longer the lines will be. You can always upgrade to a VIP Skip-The-Line Pass!

Yes. We have a haunted trail and haunted house included in our General Admission Ticket. You will spend time outside walking through the darkest parts of the woods and will encounter uneven surfaces. Gentlemen, please leave your high heels at home and dress appropriately for the weather.

No. However, we recommend ages 13 and up. There are loud noises, strobe lights, blood, fog and other special effects in addition to the fact you will be encountering deranged individuals. If you’re wondering if your six year old can handle it… they can’t. You know your kid better than we do, please use good judgement. Any child and/or group that has to leave the attraction because they’re too scared will not be issued a refund.

The residents of Deranged love eating babies, so we highly advise against having yours here. We do not recommend this attraction for individuals that are pregnant due to the intensity and physical elements involved in this attraction. People react differently to the scares and we don’t want to put you or your baby at risk.

You know yourself better than we do. Our attraction features an outdoor walking trail and has some physically demanding environments that require ducking, steps, crawling, walking and un-level surfaces. Keep these in mind before purchasing your ticket. Do not enter the attraction if you have any heart, respiratory or medical condition that prevents you from completing the tasks above. Do not come to the attraction if you suffer from epilepsy or asthma. Fog may trigger asthma and strobe lighting may trigger seizures. Fog, lasers and strobe lights are used all over the property including inside the attraction and the queue line.

There is low visibility in the attraction. If you’re scared of the dark, we may suggest coming on a full moon.

We have photo opportunities prior to and after you walk through the attraction. We recommend you turn off and secure your phone before entering. No flash photography or videography inside the attraction without a proper permit scheduled in advance. Deranged Haunted Attraction, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the attraction. Any items lost, will not be searched for until the following morning. Due to this we recommend leaving your pager, walkman, and tamagotchi in the car before entering.

No. There is no usage of any flashlights, including cell phone flashlights. Usage of such devices is grounds for removal from the attraction with no refund.

Don’t look for the item. Leave your name and number along with the item you lost at our box office. We will search for the item after the attraction is closed for the evening and unlike that one guy, we will call you the next day. We recommend you leave all valuables at home, as our attraction will not stop because you didn’t follow our recommendation!

There are several factors that go into this answer. Some guests move faster than others. Some larger groups take their time, where others fly through the attraction. If it’s your first time, it likely won’t last as long as it does for those that are a little more experienced.

We do not serve alcohol, nor do we allow any alcohol on the property. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to enter the attraction and may be refused entry without a refund.

Mentally? Maybe. Emotionally? Probably. Physically? It’s possible. You will NOT be violently grabbed, jerked, hit, thrown, or pushed. There may be a case where one of the demons find you particularly interesting and gently touch you, but you will not be harmed.

We recommend 2-4 people to a group. Groups larger than five will be asked to be split into smaller groups. While there are several opportunities to spend time with your group in line and taking photos after the attraction, you will receive a much more intimate and personal experience with a smaller group.
